House is in a quiet cul de sac 5 minute car ride or 10 minute bike ride to beautiful beaches. 7 minutes from Bethany Beach Delaware. Development has a swimming pool and access to the Assawoman Canal. This newer townhome has Cable and TV's in every bedroom. Modern updated kitchen, plenty of sunlight and most modern conveniences for your stay. Saturday to Saturday rentals available May 1st through October 31st. Master suite on the first floor. Queen bed suite, double twins and a single bed bedrooms on the second floor.
