There is a 1st floor guest bedroom & bath. Also a full separate laundry room located on the 1st floor for your convenience.
The 2nd floor opens to a sun filled spacious living room that opens up to a large deck for sunbathing, dining or simply relaxing at the end of the day…looking out at great sunsets & bay views. An open bar divides the fully outfitted kitchen & dining room w/a 2nd balcony with a great BBQ table & Chairs
