This is truly a one of a kind seaside retreat. From the minute you enter the front gate you will delight in the one of the most spectacular landscape designs in Dewey Beach. The lush gardens, in ground pool, fountains, meandering pathways and lovely screened porches were designed to make you feel like you are in your own private hideaway.
This resort style retreat is just 1.5 blocks to the beach on Chesapeake Street in Rehoboth by the Sea. Seaside Rendezvous consists of two large Key West style family villas connected by tranquil outdoor living spaces, one 3 bedroom, sleeps 8 and one 5 bedroom, sleeps 12. Both villas have views of the 12x27 in ground pool with spectacular hardscaped pool areas. There are plenty of lounge chairs, a trickling fountain, tropical foliage and an intimate poolside deck area for relaxing with afternoon cocktails or just taking in the stars in the evening. Once you arrive at Seaside, you will never want to leave.
The main villa has five bedrooms and a large open concept living, dining and kitchen area, gorgeous hardwood floors and 14 foot vaulted wood ceilings throughout the entire villa. The whole family can relax in the large living area while enjoying the views of pool.
Just off the main living area you will find a large screened porch with beautiful hardwood floors. There is 14 foot wall of glass w/two sliding doors that separates the living/dining area from the porch. The porch has cozy seating for the family and another dining table that seats 10 for more casual meals. There is also an open concept TV room down the breezeway at the rear of the house where you can enjoy views of the rear garden.
In the main villa, there are 5 bedrooms all on one level. There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds and en suite baths. One master king suite is just off the living area. The other four bedrooms are connected by a large open air screened breezeway that runs from the front to the back of the house; one king room, one double and bunk, one king w/en suite bath and one kids 'bunk' room (2 bunks). The first King room and full/w bunk bedroom have en suite half baths and access to separate outdoor showers from the bedroom, simply a delightful feature!
In the back of the house you’ll find an Asian inspired, peaceful garden with large deck and Koi pond with water feature. The entire garden area is surrounded by lush, tall bamboo – a perfect place to curl up with a good book or catch an afternoon nap. You can meander from the garden at the main villa along the landscaped pathway to another entertainment area behind the second villa. Here you will find a private outdoor nook with lounge area with comfy outdoor furniture. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower off this deck area. This is the perfect place to retreat after a day at the beach for an afternoon margarita!
The second villa also offers an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with hardwood floors throughout and white washed wood walls. The villa has 14 foot vaulted wood ceilings and floor to ceiling wall of glass with doors that open to the porch. The lovely screen porch has hardwood floors and overlooks the in ground pool while also having spectacular views of Lake Comegy just across the street.
There is a master bedroom with king bed and en suite bath and two additional bedrooms in this villa that share a full bath; one with a queen and one with a queen and a bunk bed.
The landscaping includes subtle low voltage lighting, evening pool lights, and small white lights throughout the entire outdoor area that make evenings simply enchanting.
Our family retreat is one of the most spectacular settings at the beach. If you are looking to create special memories and enjoy the laid back Key West style setting, this is the place for your family! Central Air in both villas, Wi-Fi, 3 hot/cold outdoor showers, washer/dryer in each villa, parking for 4 cars off-street and (in season)1 parking permit for each villa to park on the street in front of each villa.
Seaside Rendezvous is located on the Northern most end of Dewey beach in the exclusive Rehoboth by the Sea Community, 1.5 blocks to the beach across from Lake Comegy. Chesapeake Street is only 2 blocks long starting at the ocean and ending at the lake so you will enjoy a peaceful, holiday environment in a quiet residential area.

Off season occupancy--October 1-May 20: Rates are based on occupancy of 8 people. There will be additional charges for occupancy over 8 during the off season--please ask for adjusted quote.
