  • This is a wonderful 3rd floor 2-story villa with picturesque views from all windows! Enjoy coffee and the sunrise from the covered rear screened in porch with great water views - where you'll see blue herons, egrets, ospreys and other water birds! The front porch also has seating and great views of the sunsets and marsh, as well as the Indian River Bridge which is brilliantly lit up at night!
  • The main level offers a large living room with 2-story ceilings, an electric fireplace and a large flat panel HDTV and DVR so you won't miss your favorite show while you're at the beach! The breakfast bar is between the fully stocked kitchen and living room. The kitchen offers everything you need to create a great meal and features a breakfast room that comfortably seats 6-8 people.
  • We have 4 master bedroom suites with private full bathrooms that will accommodate 10 people, each bedroom has a flat panel TV. On the main level, the main bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.
  • Our home offers a standard staircase to the second floor - not a spiral staircase that you will see in some of the other units - making it much easier to get to the upper level with your luggage.
  • Once on the second level, the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 full size beds, and a twin with a pull out trundle.
  • Each bedroom features a private full bathroom.
  • A washer and dryer are included. You will need to provide your own linens, towels, paper products, etc.
  • The community offers a large pool and hot tub, as well as a kiddie pool, playground area, basketball and volleyball courts, tennis courts and a 9-hole golf course (for an additional fee), and quiet streets for biking and strolls through the neighborhood.
  • The community boat ramp is available to launch your boat, kayak, or jet skis. We offer storage for 2 kayaks and the community offers storage for your water toys when not in use for a small fee.
  • Our community is a few miles from downtown Bethany Beach, shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to the outlets in Rehoboth Beach. Fenwick Island is just South of Bethany Beach, and Ocean City is approximately 30 minutes away where you’ll find a boardwalk and more shopping! Continue South to Assateague Island and watch the ponies run free!
  • No smoking and no pets.
  • Check-in is at 3pm on Saturday and checkout is at 10am the following Saturday.

Cleaning Fee $140
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Weekends available upon request. Off-season rates are available at a discount. The $300 security deposit is due with first rental payment.

Minimum age of renters must be 25 with picture ID. The signer must be present every night of the booking. No Pets. No Smoking In The Condo. No overnight guests not accounted for on rental agreement.

Preferred payment accepted is e-check, credit card payments are accepted with prior authorization by owner. Please message me prior to reservation/booking.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
