There will be boats on the dock that are not accessible to renters. No Pets allowed. This home has been completely remodeled with high end fixtures and furnishings. Renters are expected to bring all sheets, towels, trash bags etc. Pool is only 6 foot deep. No diving permitted. Washer and dryer are HE. Outside surveillance camera system on property and recordings are created but will not be monitored unless necessary. Cars not permitted to park on the street. Maximum occupancy 8, maximum cars 3. Check in out no later than 10 AM - Check in 3:30PM.
